Energy is all around and held within us, so let’s collaborate with it, to celebrate it’s beautiful complexities and powerful natural healing qualities, I am super excited to be inviting all Energy Practitioners/Healers (students & practitioners of all levels) to join together in a circle. The circle will invite you to share energy, offer support, rebalance, share ideas and experiences, allow opportunities to develop and strengthen our healing gifts and to open channels for creativity, conversation and collaboration in a nourishing, empathetic, safe and inclusive space. I cannot wait to share delicious energies with you.

At Quirk With Colour

Exhibition offering an invitation to immerse yourself through a collection of colour drenched paintings and clay vessels with details expressing empowerment, hope, play inspired by animals, sensory interplay, spirituality, the self, nature and symbolism inviting viewers to embrace their inner quirks, inspiring a sense of joy , self awareness and interconnection.
Join In With Me: Colourful Hearing. Workshop that will be richly inspired by Synesthesia encouraging us to merge our senses in a non conventional way. I will invite you for experimental experience of sensory interplay with colour and music. In response to hearing and your feelings when listening to music, the rhythms, sounds and beats you hear, I will invite and encourage you to translate these visually with colour (paints, pens, chalk, pastels) and movement onto canvas, paper to create your very own colour symphony masterpiece.
Endangered To Extinction
As part of the Plymouth Art Weekender, I invite you to join me in a live authentic mural experience taking inspiration from the natural world and expressing an awareness of endangered and vulnerable animals. I’ll be throwing some abstract shapes with splashes of colourful paint, stroking it out with brushes of details along with high doses of fearless energy and joy.
